Why have my RECs not been issued? Please reach out to your reporting entity to ensure they have reported your generation. No generation data means no RECs are issued. Additionally please check if there are any feasibility failure on your meter data.
If I have feasibility failure, how do I resolve it? Please reach out to the NAR administrator and provide meter data that supports the upload. If you do not have the meter data, you can also provide a billing invoice but the numbers must match what was uploaded in order for the NAR administrator to resolve the feasibility failure.
The RECs that I was issued are incorrect how do I get the correct amount uploaded? Please reach out to your reporting entity and ask them to submit the adjustment meter data (total amount that should have been originally uploaded as the NAR system will issue the difference between the original and adjustment meter data).
