- Is there a way to create a read only access for my billing department? Administrators can create logins with either read or read/write access. It is called "Administrator View Only." Users with this view will only have the ability to read data only.
- I have a login, but I do not see any of the data. How can I see data on the generator? Administrator will need to go to the Account Management and click on Review/Edit/Add Logins. Then locate the login name affected, and click on Edit in the Edit Privileges column. The administrator can click off each bot next to the generator to enable the view only access for the user.
- I reset my password but I still have not received a password reset link. How can I reset my password? First, please check your spam for the password reset link. It comes from nar@apx.com. If you cannot find it in your spam, confirm that your email is correctly associated with a login. If it is not associated with a login you will not received a password reset. Reach out to nar@apx.com if you continue to have a login issue.
- I registered a NAR account but I am unable to login to my account. How can I log in? All new NAR account registration will be reviewed which means account holders are unable to log into their account until the account has been approved by NAR administrator. Please reach out to the NAR administrator.
