I registered an account but I am unable to login. How can I log into my account? All new accounts are reviewed by the NAR administrator to ensure the accounts were registered correctly. Once the account is approved, users will be able to login.
Can I change my account type after my account has been approved? Yes, it can be changed. Only a NAR administrator will be able to update the account type.
I made a mistake with my account registration, however when I create a new account with all the old information it does not work. How can i register a new account? Our system only allows unique information. If you created an account previously before and you made a mistake you will need to alter the account name in order for our system to accept. For example: My account name is NAR administrator. If I want to create a new account because I made a mistake, then I would register NAR administrator1 as this is a unique account name and does not exist in the system. This also applies with user IDs.
