I created a forward transfer but my counterparty says they have not received their RECs. Why has my certificates not been transferred? Please check that your counterparty has accepted the details of the forward transfer.
My counterparty has indicated they accepted the details of the forward transfer has been accepted. They still have not received RECs. How can I ensure they received the RECs? Forward transfer should be created with the beginning vintage date for the period that has not been issued. For example, if 5/2021 vintage has been issued already, you will need to create a forward transfer with a begin vintage date of 6/2021 and ensure the counterparty accepts the detail of the forward transfer.
What do I enter in for the forward certificate name/alias? The forward certificate name/alias can be any names you choose.
If I have an irrevocable forward transfer in place, can I cancel it? Transferee/Transferor cannot cancel irrevocable forward transfers. In order for it to be cancelled both parties will need to agree to the cancellation and contact the NAR admin.
